Tree & Shrub Warranty

We strive to sell healthy, viable nursery stock and trust that you will care for it properly, but in the event that a tree or shrub that you’ve purchased from Strait Gate Greenhouses does not meet your expectations, we provide the following warranty.

1.     Trees & shrubs are guaranteed for 1 year from the purchase date.

2.     A cash register receipt, the plant description tag, and proof the item is dead are all three required for the warranty.

3.     Items will be replaced for equal value of the purchase price in the form of a replacement tree or shrub or a store credit.

4.     Replacement trees & shrubs will not be guaranteed.

Exclusions: Trees and shrubs not planted in the ground, tree-form roses, plants damaged by animals.
