Tree & Shrub Warranty

We strive to sell healthy, viable nursery stock and trust that you will care for it properly, but in the event that a tree or shrub that you’ve purchased from Strait Gate Greenhouses dies within one year from date of purchase, we will give a store credit for 50% of the purchase price. A cash register receipt, the plant description tag, and proof the item is dead (a picture is usually sufficient) are all three required in order to receive the store credit.

Exclusions: Trees and shrubs not planted in the ground, tree-form roses, plants damaged by animals.
